Insurance
Your employee benefit plan or health insurance may partially or fully cover services. You can check your coverage by asking your insurance provider:
- Does my plan cover mental health?
- Do I need approval from my Primary Physician?
- How much is covered per session?
- Does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider? If so, how much?
- How many sessions does my plan cover?
- Do I have a deductible? How much is it? Has it been met?

Sliding Scale available on a limited basis
Cancellation
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
