I’m Elizabeth Bradshaw, Ph.D, but everyone calls me Beth. I’m a licensed psychologist in Newport Beach, and dealing with anxiety is one of my specialties. With over 20 years of helping people deal with anxiety, I focus on providing my clients with:

I take a ¬†psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral approach, and incorporate other methods as circumstances dictate. We’ll decide together¬†the proper approach to take. We’ll also make clear the difference between Anxiety and Panic. I’m here to help you, not judge you. I have many years of experience working with clients who have experienced traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression due to:

  • Job stress
  • Childhood physical and sexual abuse
  • Loss of a loved one
  • Family/Partner relationship conflict
  • Domestic violence
  • A genetic predisposition towards anxiety and/or depression
